We successfully co-ordinate our team with the client’s direct sub-contractors to ensure projects are always delivered on time and to budget.

High end specification shop fit out reflecting the sophistication of our client’s commercial image.
Located in the heart of London, Italian contemporary clothing company HIGH chose New Bond Street to be the ideal location to open its first flagship store in the UK. The project involved the complete fit out of an empty shell including decorating, new flooring, lighting, electrical and mechanical installations. The result is a high specification shop fit out reflecting the sophistication of HIGH’s commercial image.
Waterstones Store Refurbishment 2013
In early 2012 Waterstones unveiled that as part of their new sales strategy they would redesign and consequently refurbish a number of their existing stores.
Wilton Cobley Limited were delighted to be one of three dedicated contractors to undertake these works.
Our project was the newly relocated Waterstones in York and we delivered a store with a contemporary redesign over two floors offering a more flexible retailing space and a new Café W.
